
I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from Kettering University (formerly GMI Engineering & Management Institute) in 1990, and his M.S.(1991) and Ph.D. (1994) in Industrial Engineering from Penn State. Since 1994 I have been on the faculty of the Department of Industrial Engineering at Wayne State University, Detroit MI.
